This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is LucasJS. For any privacy question or request, contact info@kinka.online.

2. What we do not do

  • We do not use cookies.
  • We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or social media plugins.
  • We do not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Everything is served from this site.
  • We do not sell or share your data.

3. Server logs (hosting)

When you visit, Vercel Inc. (USA) automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and device type, and the referring page.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: these logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for security and operation, normally no more than 30 days.
  • If the provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

4. Inner Circle requests

There is no sign-up form on this site. If you ask for Inner Circle access through FetLife, that conversation is governed by FetLife's own privacy policy. We only use what you send us to reply to you.

5. Age confirmation

When you confirm that you are 18 or older, your browser stores a small note in its local storage (not a cookie) recording that you confirmed, and when. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and expires after 30 days. It is strictly necessary to show you the site you asked to see. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

6. Adults only

This site is intended only for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact info@kinka.online and we will delete it.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to FetLife and possibly other websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • have it corrected or deleted
  • restrict or object to its processing
  • receive it in a portable format (data portability)
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To use any of these rights, email info@kinka.online. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl. You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
