How I imagine an online dynamic
Slow and kind at the start, deeper and more demanding with time. What an online dynamic with me looks like, and why it always begins with a few honest questions.

People sometimes message me expecting an online dynamic to start at full speed: rules on day one, tasks by the evening, photos on demand. That's not how I work, and I don't think it's how good dynamics are built.
So here is how I imagine it, from the very first message onwards.
At the start, everything is new
When we begin, we're two strangers. We don't know each other's rhythms, moods, histories or limits yet. Pretending otherwise is how people get hurt.
So the beginning is soft. We talk. I ask a lot of questions and I listen properly to the answers. You get to see how I think, how I respond and whether I'm consistent. Trust is something we earn from each other, not something I demand.
There is no forcing. I will never open with "send me a picture of this" or a list of demands. Nothing happens because you feel you have to. Everything that happens later starts with a yes.
It always starts with a few questions
Before anything else, I ask you to fill in a short questionnaire. It's on my website: ten questions about why you're here, what you want to change in your life, how you like to be treated and what your limits are.
It isn't a test, and there are no wrong answers. It helps me understand who you are and what you're looking for. It also helps you put into words things you may never have said out loud.
We read it together and talk it through. That conversation is the real beginning.
Shared goals, not just obedience
For me, D/s works best when it has a direction. Maybe you want more discipline. Maybe you want to feel calmer, sleep better, take better care of your body, be more confident, or simply feel seen by someone who pays attention.
Whatever it is, we name it together. Then the structure we build, the check-ins, small rules, rituals and tasks, serves that goal. You should come out of a dynamic with me as a better version of yourself, not a more anxious one.
Then, slowly, it deepens
Soft at the start doesn't mean soft forever.
As trust grows, the dynamic grows with it. Tasks become more demanding. Rules become stricter. Photos, longer sessions and more intense moments can come too, when we both want them and we've talked about them first. Some of it can become genuinely hard, even harsh, if that's what you need and what we've agreed on.
But it's always built on what came before: honest conversation, clear limits and a track record of me keeping my word.
What never changes
- You can pause or stop at any time, and that will be respected, always.
- Limits are talked about before anything new, and revisited often.
- Aftercare matters just as much at a distance.
- Everything we share stays between us.
If this sounds like you
Start with the questionnaire. Take your time with it, answer honestly, and send it to me on FetLife. I read every one carefully, and I'll reply.
How did your best dynamic begin: slowly, or all at once?
